Mentoring works because the match works. We take time on shared interests, lived experience and chemistry.

Mentoring FAQs

Asked a lot.

Who are your mentors?

Vetted, trained community members, many with lived experience. Every mentor clears NDIS Worker Screening and ongoing supervision.

How does matching work?

We start with a chat about your goals, interests and personality, then propose 1-2 mentors. You meet, and only continue if it clicks.

How often do you meet?

Usually weekly or fortnightly, 1-3 hours. Out in the community, at home, or wherever the goal lives.

What NDIS line funds mentoring?

Most commonly Core - Increased Social & Community Participation, or Capacity Building - Increased Daily Living. We'll confirm during enquiry.

Can I switch mentors?

Yes. Fit matters most. Re-matching is normal and never awkward, just say the word.
