Chemistry first. Compliance second.
Two paths, one philosophy: cross-reference real compatibility before anyone moves in or starts a shift. We match housemates against ratio, gender and non-negotiables, and workers against personality, interests and life goals.
Be notified the moment a fit opens up.
Most SIL homes fill within 14 days of a vacancy. Matched coordinators hear first.

Matching SIL providers to participants.
Matching the right Supported Independent Living provider with each participant is the foundation of a safe, comfortable home.
- Understanding needs and goals, we assess lifestyle, support needs and preferences.
- Ensuring skilled support. SIL providers must have trained staff. We encourage participants to help select their provider.
- Aligning expertise and funding, provider expertise matched to support needs and available NDIS funding.
- Trial stays and visits, overnight stays let participants experience the home before committing.
- Finalising arrangements, we help with service agreements and the transition into the home.
- Ongoing feedback, regular check-ins, with adjustments when something isn't working.
Matching participants to each other.

- Facilitating interaction, meetings with housemates, guardians and family before move-in.
- Setting clear expectations, roles, responsibilities and routines discussed upfront.

What makes a shared home actually work.
Start with clear expectations
The most successful shared SIL setups are the ones where everyone knows what they're signing up for from day one, daily routines, social energy, cleanliness, household chores.
Personality matters more than you think
Similar schedules and goals aren't enough if personalities clash. Trial stays and meet-ups highlight whether values align before anyone moves in.
Handle conflict early
Disagreements between housemates are normal, they only escalate when no one names them. Open, respectful communication is the absolute key.
Realistic boundaries
Boundaries protect independence, privacy and wellbeing. We help everyone openly discuss comfort around shared spaces, visitors, noise and personal items.
Regular check-ins
Weekly or fortnightly check-ins keep minor issues from turning major. We've set up similar structures for many clients.
Professional matching
Matching housemates isn't luck. We use detailed assessments to build accurate profiles, disability and care needs alongside personalities, interests and life goals.
