Our commitment

Good Shepherd Support Services is committed to making our website and services usable by people of all abilities. We design and test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA standard.

What we do

• Plain English throughout the site and in our service agreements
• Keyboard-navigable layouts and clear focus indicators
• Alt text on meaningful images
• Sufficient colour contrast and resizable text
• Accessible homes, step-free entry, roll-in showers, height-adjustable kitchens (see each SIL listing for specifics)
