What we collect
We collect only the information we need to deliver safe, NDIS-funded supports, including your name, contact details, NDIS plan information, health and support needs, and records of the supports we provide.
How we use it
To plan and deliver your supports, roster the right workers, bill the NDIA or your plan manager, meet our obligations under the NDIS Practice Standards, and improve our services.
Who we share it with
Only the people who need it, your support team, your nominated decision-makers, the NDIA / plan manager when required, and health professionals you consent to. We never sell your information.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or have a copy of any information we hold about you. You can also withdraw consent at any time, your supports won't be reduced for doing so.
