There isn't enough training in this sector to guarantee that vulnerable people are properly supported. So we built our own system. We select people on their will to do this work — their patience, their warmth, their instinct to care — and we teach the rest through our own onboarding.

Psychometrics that measure the human part.

Every candidate completes two gamified psychometric assessments from Criteria Corp — the same suite used by PwC's graduate program and the Australian Border Force. It's how we make sure the empathy we feel in an interview holds up under real-world pressure.

An ability-based measure of emotional intelligence. Three gamified sections that show us how a candidate actually reads and responds to other people.

WORKPLACE FIT≤10 min · Behaviour

An adaptive workplace behaviour and personality assessment. It adjusts to each answer to surface natural traits, working preferences, and fit for specific competencies.

There is no pass or fail. Instead, we match a candidate's behavioural profile against what actually makes a support worker succeed in the kind of role — and the kind of participant — we have in mind.
