Design a life that feels like yours.

Individualised Living Options (ILO) is a flexible NDIS support letting you design a living arrangement around your goals, with a host, in shared housing, or on your own with the right supports around it.

Home & Living

Three ways to live ILO

Pick your shape.

Live with a host

Share a home with a carefully matched host family or individual. You get built-in companionship and warm, informal support alongside your NDIS-funded hours.

Shared housing

Live with peers in a thoughtfully matched share house, with rostered support hours designed around the whole household's routines and goals.

On your own

Your own place, with drop-in supports and assistive technology wrapped gently around your day. Independence, with a real safety net.

ILO FAQs

Common ILO questions.

How is ILO different from SIL?

ILO is designed around YOU, solo living, share house or with a host, with lighter, wrap-around supports. SIL is shared, rostered support inside a provider-managed home. Try the quiz if you're between the two.

Do I need ILO funding in my plan?

Yes. ILO is funded under Home & Living. There's a 2-stage process (exploration & design, then implementation). We help with both.

What does the 'design' stage look like?

We spend time with you, your family and your circle to map routines, supports, housemates and risks. The output is your personalised ILO design.

Can I change my ILO setup later?

Yes. ILO is meant to flex as your goals and life change, new housemates, new suburb, more or fewer hours.

What if I don't have anyone to live with?

We help with matching, hosts, peers, or solo with drop-in supports. No pressure to pick a shape on day one.
