WALK.
AND TALK.

IN PREPARATION FOR THE

PAIN TO PURPOSE RUN
IN 2027

A simple idea, really. Walk alongside like-minded people in preparation for the Pain to Purpose Run in 2027, and let the conversation take care of itself.

Walk & Talk is our fortnightly community gathering, built around the road to the Pain to Purpose Run in 2027. It's a chance to step away from the day-to-day, move your body, and share the kind of conversation that doesn't tend to happen at a desk or on a screen.

Some days the chat stays light. Some days it goes a little deeper. Both are welcome. You'll find people who understand what it's like to carry something heavy, and people who are simply glad to be outside on a good morning. Either way, you're walking with like-minded company.

This one is for everyone. All ages, all paces, participants, families, support workers, neighbours, friends of friends, cats, dogs, and anyone who wants to be part of the journey to 2027. No registration, no fee. Bring comfortable shoes. There's usually a coffee at the end.
